Showtime is an American premium television network launched on July 1, 1976. It is a subsidiary of Paramount Global, under its Paramount Media Networks division. Showtime produces original television series, theatrically released and independent motion pictures, documentaries, and occasional stand-up comedy specials. Notable titles include *Dexter*, *Twin Peaks: The Return*, *Shameless*, and *Yellowjackets*.
