Jonah Wharton

Jonah Wharton is an American actor known for his role as Tex in the Paramount+ espionage thriller Lioness. He has also appeared in television shows such as The Rookie, Rizzoli & Isles, and NCIS. Wharton made his television debut in 2009 with a minor role in Californication. Wharton was born in San Francisco, California. He spent his childhood in a bohemian, rent-free houseboat community of squatters anchored in Sausalito. In his youth, he was a dedicated athlete obsessed with basketball and aspired to play professionally before a high school injury redirected his goals. He discovered his passion for acting while attending college in Los Angeles, where he responded to a classified ad and began studying under renowned acting coach Aaron Speiser
