Tatsuya Hirayama (born April 7, 1988) is a Japanese lighting technician and lighting director from the Goto Islands, Nagasaki. He graduated from Toho Gakuen in 2009 and began working with CRANK, later studying under lighting technician Yasuhiro Ota.

Tatsuya Hirayama (born April 7, 1988) is a Japanese lighting technician and lighting director from the Goto Islands, Nagasaki. He graduated from Toho Gakuen in 2009 and began working with CRANK, later studying under lighting technician Yasuhiro Ota. Hirayama has worked extensively across films, commercials, web productions and music videos, including The Journalist, Yakuza and the Family, Yan, Blue Period, and 18×2 Beyond Youthful Days. He became an independent lighting technician in 2016 and has collaborated frequently with cinematographer Keisuke Imamura and director Michihito Fujii.
