MRC (formerly Media Rights Capital) is an American independent film and television studio founded in 2004 by Modi Wiczyk and Asif Satchu. Based in West Hollywood, California, MRC develops, finances, and produces film and television content. Their notable television credits include *House of Cards*, *Ozark*, *The Great*, and *The Terminal List*. MRC has also produced films such as *Ted*, *Baby Driver*, and *Knives Out*.
